Dalam melakukan pengembangan bisnis UKM, pasti ada berbagai kendala yang mungkin bisa terjadi. Untuk mengatasi berbagai kendala tersebut, LPB mengadakan program Konsultasi Bisnis UKM, dimana LPB Bertatap muka langsung dengan UKM Binaan di kantor LPB atau di lokasi usaha UKM, dalam tatap muka ini UKM memaparkan dan menuliskan berbagai kendala yang mereka hadapi, dari masalah yang ada, kita diskusi untuk mencari upaya perbaikan, kemudian ditentukan dan dituliskan Action Plan dari hasil diskusi yang ada serta diberikan deadline pelaksanaannya.

Konsultasi ini selain bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan UKM yang ada, juga sebagai sarana untuk mempererat hubungan antara LPB Pakiga dengan UKM binaan.
